• Oversaw and managed industry-level printers, including Epson Inkjets and Xerox laser printers, as well as scanners, computers, ink, and paper supplies for student and faculty print requests.
• Managed print quality and color outputs within different software, different paper types, and inks, and print corrections within both CMYK and RGB color profiles.
• Troubleshot issues arising with students, technology, and supplies during printing, whether the error includes file setup, printer/software technical malfunctions, or print operator error.
